コンドのすぐ下にはスーパーやホーカーがあり、
目の前にはバス停やレンタル自転車もあるのでとても便利です！

休日には自転車でカトンやイーストコーストパークにも行けます🚴‍♀️コンドのプールでのんびり

• 光熱費・WiFiは別途、ルームメイトと折半
• リビング、キッチン、洗濯機は自由に使用可能
• ビジター、ホームパーティOk

特に細かいルールはありませんが、
使った後はきれいにしていただければ問題ありません。
ストレスなく快適に過ごしていただけると思います😊

Located just 1 stop from Paya Lebar on the Circle Line,
and about a 5-minute walk from MacPherson MRT.

We are currently looking for a tenant for the master room (available from 15 May) 😊
You will be sharing the unit with just one Japanese female.

Right below the condo, there is a supermarket and a hawker centre,
and just outside you’ll find a bus stop and rental bicycles — very convenient!

On your days off, you can also cycle to Katong or East Coast Park 🚴‍♀️

• Utilities and WiFi are not included (shared equally)
• Full access to the living room, kitchen, and washing machine
• Visitors and small home gatherings are welcome

There are no strict house rules —
as long as everything is kept clean after use, there will be no issues.
You can enjoy a comfortable, stress-free stay 😊
