For 1 pax only – Suitable for working professionals/students

Stay period: Minimum 3-6 months, extendable to 1-2 years.

Move-in date:  5 May 2025

Rental price: $1450 (negotiable), includes professional cleaning every two weeks.

Utilities and Wi-Fi are shared.

Fully furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and a desk with a chair – perfect for remote work.

Access to condo amenities like gym, 3 large swimming pools, jacuzzi etc.
